Step By Step!
Step 1: Create a new layer and paste your chosen image on it.
Step 2: Hover on 'Layer', and a a sub-menus will pop-up. Please click on 'Duplicate Image'.
Step 3: On the bottom right hand corner, you should see a drop down box. Click on 'Soft Light'.
Step 4: Hover on 'Layer', and there will be a sub-menus. Click on 'New Fill Layer', and choose 'Solid Colour'.
Step 5: A window will appear, but all you have to do is to click on the 'OK' button.
Step 6: The colour you should choose from the swatch is #00396a.
Step 7: On the bottom right hand corner, you should see a drop down box. Click on 'Exclusion'.
Step 8: This should be your end product. You can play around with the Opacity to improve the image.
